Registration for the MeCCAM kick-off meeting
Hotel Hafnia, Tórshavn, Faroe Islands Tuesday 3th of June to 5th of June 2025

Unfortunately, Hotel Hafnia is almost full already, so we have reserved 25 rooms at Hotel Brandan, which is a 15 minute walk from the venue.
NOTE: WE EXPECT ALL HOTELS TO BE FULLY BOOKED, SO PLEASE RESERVE YOUR HOTEL ROOMS ASAP
The price will be DKK 1.250 and breakfast willl be 125 DKK/day/person. Hotel Brandan can hold the rooms until 2. March for the special rate, but then they have to release them. The rooms can be cancelled until 48 hours before arrival, so I would encourage you to book as soon as possible.
Please reserve the rooms by emailing your name, email and phone number and arrival and departure dates to booking@hotelbrandan.fo, writing MeCCAM in the subject line.
We have also reserved all the remaining 7 rooms at Hotel Hilton. These are rooms with a view, and cost 1400 DKK for single occupancy and 1600 DKK for a double. The rates include breakfast. These rooms needs to be paid at the time of booking, and cannot be cancelled. You can book these by emailing your name, arrival and departure dates to eydna@hiltongardeninn.fo, referring to MeCCAM in the subject line.
Social gathering on Thursday
On the Thursday evening, you are all invited to Unn’s house for a social gathering with food and drinks. The house is in Syðrugøta, which is a 30- minute drive from the hotel. We will take care of the transportation.
